    [摘要] 护理质量管理是护理管理的核心，护理质量测评是护理质量管理的重点，是提高护理服务水平的关键。采用标准、有效的护理要素评估护理质量尤为重要。护理质量指标是护理质量量化测评的尺度;护理敏感质量指标在护理质量发生变化时可灵敏反映护理质量安全。本文介绍了护理敏感质量指标的基本概念，概括了国内外护理敏感质量指标的研究进展和护理质量管理信息化的发展现状及成效，分析了我国护理质量管理信息化发展存在的困境，并对护理质量管理信息化的未来进行了展望。旨在为护理管理者应用信息化技术监测护理敏感质量指标提供参考。

    [Abstract] Nursing quality management is the core of nursing management. Nursing quality assessment is the focus of nursing quality management， and is the key to improve nursing service level.
