    [摘要] 胰腺癌是一种早期表现隐匿、生存期短、病死率高且尚无根治方法的消化系统恶性肿瘤。当中药作为一种强有效的辅助治疗手段与各种胰腺癌常规治疗手段相结合时，可取得良好的协同作用，同时减少不良反应，缩小肿瘤体积，减轻患者疼痛，提高患者生活质量。本文归纳总结了中药治疗胰腺癌的相关临床应用及其抗肿瘤作用机制，期待为未来中药治疗胰腺癌及新药研发提供借鉴与帮助。
