    [摘要] 目的 探讨加味芍药甘草汤辅助治疗对癌性疼痛患者疼痛介质及炎性因子的影响。 方法 选取陕西中医药大学附属医院2017年10月～2019年3月接收的癌性疼痛患者123例，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n = 61)、研究组(n = 62)。对照组患者给予硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合加味芍药甘草汤，疗程4周。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛介质[5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、P物质(SP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)]及炎性因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平，记录两组治疗期间不良反应情况。 结果 研究组治疗后的临床总有效率高于对照组(P 0.05)。 结论 加味芍药甘草汤治疗癌性疼痛患者可有效改善機体疼痛介质及炎性因子水平，疗效确切，且不增加不良反应发生率，具有一定的临床应用价值。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of adjuvant treatment with modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on pain mediators and inflammatory factors in patients with cancer pain. Methods One hundred and twenty-three patients with cancer pain admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group (n = 61) and study group (n = 62) according to random number table method. The patients in control group were treated with Morphine Sulfate Sustained-Release Tablets. The patients in study group were treated with modified Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on the basis of control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy ......
