[摘要] 开展中医药文化科学研究是中医药传承发展、落实中医药战略的基石和保障。当前，中医药文化科研工作在战略规划、核心突破、合力攻关、技术融入等方面还没有产生影响全局的战略性研究成果。在新形势下，要从文化强国建设高度，从尊重和利用科研规律入手，明确中医药文化研究的重心和突破口，加强队伍建设，强化新科技手段的介入，努力发挥中医药文化学术研究引领、支撑和服务作用。
