    [摘要] 中医认为目病患者后期大多久病伤阴，更有年老体衰者劳瞻竭视，肝肾亏虚，精血不足，对于疾病后期以及慢性复发性疾病，中医辨证论治往往较西医更具优势。“五轮学说”“肝窍学说”作为中医眼科基础理论，阐述了眼与肝肾的密切关系，也为眼病从肝肾论治提供了理论依据。内治法广泛应用于中医内、外障眼病，补益肝肾法作为中医内治法之一，主要用于治疗肝肾不足所致眼病，如肝劳、上胞下垂、圆翳内障、云雾移睛、青盲、视衣脱离术后、视瞻昏渺、青风内障、高风内障等。本文通过检索相关文献，简述近年来补益肝肾法在中医眼科的应用进展。
