    [摘要] 国内非战争军事行动中的心理服务经历了专家巡诊、心理医生伴随保障、心理服务队支援保障等阶段。专家巡诊作为一种任务性模式包括心理状态评估、心理健康教育、心理卫生咨询、心理干预等。心理医生伴随保障的突出特点是“全程”服务;心理和医疗卫生保障同步;心理门诊、体检、巡诊等形式服务官兵;由政工部门牵头组织心理卫生保障;心理工作与思想工作互相促进。心理服务队是近年来心理服务保障向专业队伍、支援模式发展的体现，其分级保障、分工负责、要素布局具有较好的科学性。规范、全程的专业保障是部队官兵心理卫生保障的需求。
