    [摘要] 目的 探讨布洛芬联合盐酸米诺环素对重度慢性牙周炎基础治疗效果及炎性因子的影响。 方法 选取2017年3月～2019年3月浙江省金华市中心医院诊治的重度慢性牙周炎患者78例，根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组(39例)、对照组(39例)。对照组给予牙周机械治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合布洛芬治疗，治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、免疫功能、牙周指标及不良反应。 结果 研究组治疗4周后临床总有效率高于对照组(P 0.05)。 結论 布洛芬联合盐酸米诺环素治疗重度慢性牙周炎患者，可有效提高患者免疫功能，减轻炎性反应，且用药安全性较好，疗效确切。
