    [摘要] 糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病患者致残率最高的晚期并发症之一。治疗过程中存在耗时长、显效慢、易复发等难题。目前临床治疗DFU的方法很多，除去原发病的处理，大体可分基础治疗和辅助治疗两部分。基础治疗包括彻底清创、卸载创面压力、控制感染等;辅助治疗包括氧气疗法、负压疗法、重组人生长因子、能量疗法等。近年来，采用联合方案治疗DFU的临床报道越来越多，其或将为DFU治疗方式的研发提供新的方向。本文就DFU的基础及辅助治疗研究进展做一简要综述，以期为临床医生在选择DFU的联合治疗方案时提供思路与帮助。
