    [摘要] 近年来，从药房自管到实施药房托管再到各省份支持药房剥离，医院药房尝试了多次改革。这些改革给高职高专药学专业的发展带来了机遇和挑战，可能将会促进药房从业人员的人力资源分配更趋合理，促使高职高专药学专业学生的大量就业、提升专业培养的精准定位。为了抓住药房改革发展的机遇，高职高专院校应加强医改政策的宣传、转变观念，精准定位药学技术人员，调整课程体系的设置，重视人才专业技能和综合素质的培养，提升人才培养质量、使培养的人才更加适应社会需求。
