    [摘要] 通过于书庄教授提出的“临证五明”理论，强调针灸临床须明确辨病、辨证、辨经、选穴及治法;总结于书庄教授“临证五明”应用经验，初步探析其针灸经络诊疗体系及学术思想;结合笔者临床实践，浅谈应用“临证五明”理论诊治疾病的体会。
