    [摘要] 肛周脓肿发病过程均存在正邪斗争不断变化的阶段，依据机体邪正的不同态势可分为邪正相持、邪盛正衰、正虚邪恋三个阶段，采用托法序贯治疗，初期消托、散托以解毒散结，消散瘀滞，方以仙方活命饮加减;中期透托以托毒溃脓，逐瘀生新，方以透脓散加减;后期补托以扶正和络，化瘀生新，方以托里消毒散加减。临床应用中，托法序贯治疗肛周脓肿具有圆机活法、因势利导的特点，在缓解症状、减少分泌物、促进伤口愈合等方面效果较好，且方法安全，中医特色突出，值得推广应用。
