    [摘要] 随着人口老龄化的不断加剧，老年人慢性病的发病率也逐年增高，其成为困扰老年人家庭生活质量的重要因素之一。在生活水平日益提高的时代，为进一步改善老年慢性病患者的家庭生活质量，提高幸福指数，本文主要对国内外近几年来对慢性病患者家庭生活质量及影响因素等的研究进行归纳总结与评价，并认为阿尔茨海默病患者的家庭生活质量也是亟待解决的问题，且具有很大的改善空间，为将来改善慢性病患者的家庭生活质量采取护理干预、制订护理研究方向提供有效的依据。
