    [摘要] 杨志宏主任医师系陕西省第三批名中医，临证论治眩晕病善于抓主症而兼次症，遣方用药独具特色，巧化裁，效桴鼓。现总结杨志宏治疗肝阳上亢型高血压性眩晕的临床经验。杨志宏认为眩晕发病虚实互见，脏腑精气不足，清阳不能上荣头目为虚，风、火、痰、瘀袭扰脑窍为实，治疗以补虚泻实为总纲，在平肝潜阳的基础上，又兼以“平肝清热以熄风火、健脾化湿以祛痰浊、化瘀通络以达血脉、气血双补以固本元”四法并举，临床治疗效验可期，并附予验案一则以飨同道。
