外泌体与组织纤维化关系的研究进展

    [摘要] 组织纤维化是实质细胞发生坏死减少、纤维结缔组织增多的病理过程,可导致组织器官结构破坏、功能丧失,进而威胁人类健康和生命。外泌体是几乎所有细胞都能分泌的微小囊泡,携带了细胞内mRNA、蛋白质等多种物质,介导细胞间通讯并参与多种生物过程。近年来,关于外泌体和纤维化关系的研究越来越多。本文主要从外泌体调控纤维化、作为诊断纤维化的生物学标志物及治疗靶点方面进行综述。
