表皮生长因子受体信号通路影响紧密连接的作用与机制研究进展
王雪 蒙臣 曾文 王轶铭 王贤裕 李清[摘要] 紧密连接分布于机体的各个组织器官和肿瘤组织,对屏障组织损伤修复和肿瘤组织发生发展均起着重要作用。表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)也广泛表达于这些组织中,其活化影响着屏障和肿瘤组织中紧密连接的状态变化,但影响却明显不同:激活EGFR信号通路能增强屏障组织中的紧密连接,抑制其破坏;但却使肿瘤细胞间的紧密连接减少,促使细胞离散转移。研究这种具体的影响和机制能为通过干预EGFR信号通路来治疗屏障功能损伤的相关疾病和肿瘤提供新的思路。
