    [摘要] 脓毒症在当今社会仍是一种威胁人类健康的严重疾病，可导致全身多脏器功能障碍，其中胃肠功能障碍是脓毒症患者常见并发症，并发胃肠功能障碍会使病情恶化或预后不良，患者在重症监护室的时间普遍延长，治疗费用明显提高，同时存活率也显著降低。因此，积极治疗胃肠功能障碍对脓毒症的发展及预后具有重要意义。本文通过查阅文献，对脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的病因病机、中医治疗方法等进行总结，为脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的治疗提供思路。
