    [摘要] 如何切实做好社区严重精神障碍的管控，预防严重精神障碍患者肇事肇祸，事关人民健康、事关平安创建、事关社会稳定大局，也是卫生行政乃至政府面临的重要管理问题。为此，金山区朱泾镇探索建立一个部门协作机制、畅通一条救助通道、开通一条求助服务热线、成立一个应急救助小组、确定一名常务家长的“五位一体”社区严重精神障碍患者管理模式来开展辖区严重精神障碍管理工作，对严重精神障碍患者进行全面的管理，切实推进辖区精神卫生事业的发展。
