    [摘要] 不孕症是妇科常见的疾病。近年来，女性排卵障碍导致不孕症的发病率逐年升高，且在全球呈上升趋势，备受医学界的关注。现代临床研究显示，针灸治疗排卵障碍效果良好。在促进排卵、改善临床症状及提高临床妊娠率等方面效果明显且治疗方法多样，操作简易，不影响子宫内环境。故本文结合近年来中外文献，从病因病机、操作方法等方面对针灸治疗该病研究进展做一系统综述，探讨体针、梅花针、施加因素(电针、温针灸)等对排卵障碍性不孕症疗效影响，寻求更完善的治疗方案，为临床医生针灸治疗排卵障碍提供科学的理论依据及规范临床指导，提高针灸治疗排卵障碍的科学性及有效性。充分弘扬中医国粹，以治疗更多的不孕症患者，造福于民。

    [Abstract] Infertility is a common disease in gynecology. In recent years， the incidence of infertility caused by female ovulation disorders has increased year by year， and it is on the rise in the world， which has attracted the attention of the medical community. Modern clinical studies have shown that acupuncture has a good effect in treating ovulation disorders. It has obvious effects in promoting ovulation， improving clinical symptoms and enhancing clinical pregnancy rate， while has various treatment methods. It is easy to operate and does not affect the intrauterine environment.
