    [摘要] 工业化和信息化的快速发展使职业人群的分布特征、工作环境及相应的职业人群健康数据等均产生了较大变化，职业卫生与职业医学研究对象也随之改变。与之相应，其研究目标也产生了一些新趋势，表现在对职业有害因素的评价、职业人群健康维护、工作效率促进以及职业卫生服务等方面。以上变化对这一领域从业人员的知识背景体系及个人能力等素质提出了新的要求，也对高校人才培养尤其是本科教育提出了新的挑战，因此，高校本科教育应在培养学生系统学习能力、多学科知识整合能力、信息及大数据处理能力、合作能力以及研究能力等方面创新性地开展工作，以适应这一变化需求，培养面向未来的职业卫生人才。

    [Abstract] The fast development of industrialization and informatization has caused remarkable changes in the distribution， working environment and health data of the occupational population. The objectives of occupational health and occupational medicine have also changed accordingly. New trends of the targets of occupational health and occupational medicine have appeared in the following aspects： the evaluation of occupational hazards， occupational health maintenance， work efficiency promotion and occupational health services. These changes put forward new requirements for the background and personal ability of the practitioners in this field.
