    [摘要] 目的 探讨卒中后残疾老年患者居家护理服务需求，为相关部门制订切实可行的居家护理服务政策和措施提供参考。 方法 应用现象学研究方法，采取目的抽样法对2019年1～4月上海某三甲医院神经内科就诊的15例卒中后残疾老年患者进行深入访谈，采用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行分析、归纳、提炼主题。 结果 访谈共析出4个主题：脑卒中疾病知识需求、延续性护理服务需求、居家康复护理需求、家庭与社会支持需求。 结论 卒中后残疾老年患者对居家护理服务需求较高，应加快和完善卒中后残疾老年患者居家护理服务项目的推进，以促进康复，减轻家庭负担，提高其生活质量。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the needs of home care for disabled elderly patients after stroke， and to provide reference for relevant departments to formulate practical home care policies and measures.
