    [摘要] 肝纤维化是由多种病因导致肝内结缔组织异常增生的病理生理过程，其发病机制复杂，目前尚无有效的治疗方法预防或减缓肝纤维化的进程。近年来研究发现中医药干预肝纤维化的进程有着独特疗效，中药通过抑制肝星状细胞活化、调控脂肪细胞因子、减轻肝脏炎性反应、改善氧化应激、抑制肝窦内皮细胞毛细血管化等方式拮抗肝纤维化;针灸可以改善机体免疫功能，改善肝脏功能状态，阻断肝纤维化进展。本文将中医药对肝纤维化发病机制的相关影响进行综述。
