    [摘要] 特发性性早熟是儿童常见的内分泌疾病，发病率较高，其病因及发病机制尚不完全清楚。治疗上，西医治疗手段单一，多采用促性腺激素释放激素类似物或与生长激素联合应用;中医药治疗本病优势明显，在辨证论治、分型用药的基础上佐以中医外治法治疗效果显著。在当今新的医学形势下应加强中西医结合治疗研究，探索中西医结合、内外合治的有效方法。本文就特发性性早熟中西医研究治疗等方面的进展进行综述，期望对这一疾病的治疗有所助益。
