    [摘要] 高继宁教授强调慢性肾脏病应早期治疗，且越早越好。经过多年临床实践，总结出“守方、圆机、活法”的治肾要义，以及“以肾为本，五脏同调”的治肾辨证思路。本文通过谨守病机，精准辨证，准确施治;注重从微观论治，中西医并重;中医药多途径联合增效进行总结，并结合临床病案举隅一则对高继宁教授治疗慢性肾脏病2～3期的临证经验及学术思想进行总结探讨。希望立足中医根本，广开思路，提供更多的临证经验与新的研究思路。
