    [摘要] 大学英语教学活动中渗透社会主义核心价值观教育，无论是在深化教学改革，还是促进学生成长成才方面都有非常重要的意义。现阶段，培养高素质高技能的合格医学人才已经成为医学院校教育的共识，而英语教学中的隐性教育在教学发展、人才培养方面发挥着显著价值，日益受到社会、师生的关注，因此如何高效开展大学英语教学中的隐性教育是当前医学院校面临的关键任务。本文分析了什么是隐性教育、大学英语教学中引入隐性教育的重要性，探讨了医学院校大学英语教学中隐性教育现实意义与构成要素，提出了大学英语隐性教育的构成三要素，即教师、教材、教学方法。从这3个构成要素出发，本文分析了大学英语隐性课程构建方式，探讨了医学院校大学英语教学中隐性教育现实意义与构成要素，并对医学院校大学英语教学如何开展隐性教育给出了建议。
