    [摘要] “一带一路”建设背景下，针灸推拿迎来了前所未有的发展机遇，其治疗保健的功效显著，适合国际化的发展需求。但目前高等中医药院校国际化培养较薄弱，人才缺口较大，专业设置单一，难以适应中医药国际化发展的现实需求。因此，高等中医药院校需要结合“一带一路”沿线国家的特点，完善现有课程体系建设，增强专业特色疗法的技能培训，加强中医文化的推广普及，促进国际文化互通，努力搭建有效的交流平台，建立针灸推拿学国际化人才培养的路径，为针灸推拿国际化发展提供人才支持。
