    [摘要] 目的 以文献检索为基础探讨临床运用经方治疗类风湿关节炎的应用特点。 方法 检索“知网”数据库，收集1994年8月～2019年8月符合研究的文献，提取中医证型、证候、方药等信息，进行统计分析。 结果 共纳入文献105篇，病案及临床实验159条;证型以寒热错杂、湿热痹阻、风寒湿痹为主;类方以桂枝类方、附子类方、黄芪类方、麻黄类方为主;中药功效以解表补虚、化瘀除风湿、温里为主。 结论 经方治疗类风湿关节炎以解表止痛或温阳止痛为法，并以除湿祛瘀治标，补中扶正治本。
