    [摘要] 五形人思想源于《灵枢·阴阳二十五人》，书中对五形人的体质辨识及发病倾向给予了基本阐述，是《黄帝内经》中最为完整且重要的中医体质分类体系。本文通过分析《黄帝内经》原文中五形人的论述及其现代系统性研究进展，提出可参考现有的中医体质辨识技术，并结合现代生物学研究，共同为构建五形人体质辨识技术奠定基础，从而为中医养生及临床诊疗提供参考。

    [Abstract] The theory of five elements people originated from the Spiritual Pivot：Twenty-five Types of People Divided According to Yin and Yang. The book gives a basic exposition of the constitution identification and disease predisposition of five elements people， which is the most complete and important traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification system in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor. Based on the analysis of the discussion of five elements people in the original text of the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor and the progress of modern systematic research， this paper suggests that the existing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification can be referred to and combined with modern biological research to jointly lay the foundation for the construction of the five elements people constitution identification technology ......
