    [摘要] 目的 研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者生活质量与衰弱程度的相关性，并分析二者统计学关联效应，探讨衰弱是否影响COPD患者的生活质量。 方法 采用便利抽样方法，选取某三甲医院呼吸内科2019年1—10月326例COPD住院患者为研究对象，采用临床COPD评估测试问卷(CAT)和Tilburg衰弱量表(TFI)分别对其生活质量与衰弱程度进行评估测量，比较各项指标对生活质量的影响，并分析COPD患者生活质量与衰弱程度的关联效应。 结果 不同年龄、经济负担、锻炼时间、体重指数、COPD分级和并发症数量的COPD患者CAT评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。共检出191例患者符合衰弱状态，衰弱检出率为58.7%。Pearson相关分析显示，CAT评分与TFI总得分呈正相关(r = 0.484，P < 0.01)。COPD患者的CAT评分与TFI得分有关[β(95%CI)：1.021(0.922，1.120)]。 结论 COPD患者的衰弱程度会影响其生活质量，提示在COPD的治疗中改善衰弱可能有利于最终康复效果。
