    [摘要] 目的 研究肥胖基因在中国中部地区儿童中的突变情况，探究儿童肥胖与肥胖基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)的关系。方法 选取2017年5月—2018年5月湖北省中医院肥胖科和内科就诊的5～10岁儿童100名为研究对象，依据体重指数将其分为对照组(24例)、超重组(42例)、肥胖组(34例)。所有标本均采取静脉血，采用改良的多重高温连接酶检测反应技术(iMLDR)检测肥胖基因上的三个SNP位点(rs9939609、rs1421085、rs8057044)，测序技术检测三组SNP位点的突变情况。 结果 三组rs9939609、rs1421085基因型分布比较，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);三组rs8057044基因型分布比较，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 5～10岁儿童中，rs8075044位点可作为潜在的成人肥胖检测位点。
