    [摘要] 随着中医学对络病理论研究的逐渐深入，络病理论渐趋成熟，该理论被应用于各类与络脉有关的疾病中。子宫腺肌病作为妇科临床常见疾病之一，典型症状是月经失调和痛经。而痛经作为妇科最常见的症状之一，对患者的生活和工作都造成了极大的影响。本文从络病理论出发，主要依据子宫腺肌病患者的体质因素，结合女性月经期及经期前后特殊的体内环境，探讨本病的病因病机及发病特点，总结并整理刘卉在临床上治疗子宫腺肌病患者的用药特色和治疗方法，并附验案一例。目的在于改善此类患者的身体状况，提高患者的生活质量。
