    [摘要] 目的 建立气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定药用复合膜中12种增塑剂残留量的方法。 方法 正己烷超声提取样品后用GC-MS法检测，气相色谱采用HP-5 MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)，程序升温，进样口温度为290℃，质谱采用电子轰击(EI)离子源，以选择离子监测模式进行检测，离子源温度为280℃，四级杆温度为150℃。 结果 12种增塑剂标准曲线的相关系数r值均大于0.998，平均回收率为78.6%～110.9%，RSD ≤ 4.0%(n = 9)。结论 该方法准确度好，灵敏度高，可用于药用复合膜中增塑剂残留量的检测。
