    [摘要] “妇人以血为本”的思想在春秋战国时期萌芽，由宋代陈自明最早提出，在历代医家的实践研究中得到完善与发展。强调“血”在女性生长发育过程、疾病发生发展、日常调摄中有重要的作用，女性只有经血调达，气血旺盛，精血充盈，才可机体健运，经、带、胎、产、乳等特殊生理功能得以正常运行。黄体功能不足性异常子宫出血属于排卵性功能失调性子宫出血之一，中医学理论研究与临床实践过程中，虽然没有明确黄体功能不足性异常子宫出血这一病名，但对其病因病机已有较完善的认识，以“妇人以血为本”的思想，以“顾护气血、滋养精血、活血化瘀”为法，探析黄体功能不足性异常子宫出血的中医机制及用药原则，从而为相关妇科疾病的临床诊疗提供新的思路方法与研究。
