    [摘要] 目前对于抑郁障碍的治疗主要使用抗抑郁药物，化学药物长期服用给患者造成的毒副作用日渐凸显，而中药温和的药性和较低的毒副作用使其被逐渐应用到抗抑郁领域。《伤寒论》中柴胡类方主要有小柴胡汤、大柴胡汤、柴胡桂枝汤、柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤、四逆散等。李侠教授运用柴胡类方，以主证为纲，合方化裁，同时巧用对药，结合外治，从体质出发，因人制宜，辨证论治，在抑郁障碍的治疗方面显示出独特的疗效。本文拟对李侠教授运用柴胡类方治疗抑郁障碍进行经验总结，以期有助于临床。
