    [摘要] 公立医院承担着医疗、教学、科研管理、实习基地建设等人才培养任务以及科研攻关任务。加强新时代公立医院的党建实践与探索，对健全医院的各项管理制度，促进医院的医疗及医学人才培养工作具有重要的意义。近年来，桂林医学院第二附属医院党委高度重视开展党建工作，通过实施“党建+”引领工程，在思想、制度、技术、服务、团建、扶贫、科研等方面实现了医院党建工作与业务工作的共同发展。本文以桂林医学院第二附属医院为例，介绍医院的党建工作经验，探索新时代公立医院的党建发展之路。
