    [摘要] 艾灸疗法作为中医学独具特色的疗法之一，对于人体免疫功能具有双向良性调节作用。免疫相关疾病包括免疫性疾病和与免疫密切相关的疾病。而免疫性疾病是指机体免疫调节失去平衡从而影响机体的免疫应答而引起的疾病。本文就近5年艾灸在免疫性相关疾病中的应用，从免疫亢进、免疫缺陷和免疫不足3个方面，分为自身免疫性疾病、免疫缺陷病、免疫低下表现的疾病和其他进行论述。涉及疾病有慢性疲劳综合征和亚健康状态，癌症患者的相关临床症状，慢性肾小球肾炎和原发性肾病、艾滋病、强直性脊柱炎综述其研究概况。

    [Abstract] Moxibustion therapy， as one of the unique therapies in traditional Chinese medicine， has a two-way benign regulation effect on human immune function.
