    [摘要] 为顺应新形式下人类社会对药学学科发展的要求，培养面向未来的高素质药学专业人才，在充分评价药学学科新时代发展特征的基础上，陆军军医大学对药学本科教学生态环境进行了探索性重建。主要包括教学文件的重新修订、教学模式和方法的革新以及智慧教室的构建，共3个方面。力争创造符合药学学科新时代发展要求的创新型学科生态环境，孕育出一批具有学科使命感、责任感的多元化学科人才。实施改革后师生的学科归属感强烈，学习氛围浓厚，理论学习成绩显著升高，基础科研成果有较大产出，此改革举措为培养新时代综合型药学人才提供了参考。
