    [摘要] 目的 制订统一的符合临床工作实际的慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证诊断标准。 方法 前期进行文献检索分析，并召开专家咨询会，进行改良版德尔菲法专家咨询，采用问卷调查的方式统计意见，采用层次分析法分析，并进行方法学探讨。 结果 确定了慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证48个证素，并对证素进行分层，对每个证素进行权重赋值并排序。 结论 慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证诊断标准须明确证素，证素应按照临床实际进行权重排序，最终排序待扩大样本量后确定。
