    [摘要] 赵献可是著名的温补学派代表医家，其所创立的肾水命火学说独树一帜，对后世医家的影响极为深远，极大地丰富了“命门学说”的理论内涵，在当今临床运用中发挥重要的指导意义。笔者通过广泛阅读、系统整理文献，对肾水命火理論的历史形成背景、理论内涵及其在咳嗽病中的应用发挥进行条分缕析，以期深入理解赵献可命门学说，并向学者陈述展示，加强中医学者对肾水命火理论的重视，推动中医宝贵学术思想的继承和发展。

    [Abstract] Zhao Xianke is a famous representative doctor of warm-recuperation school. His theory of kidney edema and ming men fire is unique and has a profound influence on the later doctors. It greatly enriches the theoretical connotation of “mingmen theory” and plays an important guiding role in clinical application.
