    [摘要] 心房颤动(AF)是全球最常见的室上性心律失常之一，其发病率和死亡率呈上升的趋势。非编码RNA是一类从基因组上转录而来且并不具备翻译成蛋白质能力的RNA，其广泛参与生物的各种生理病理过程。研究发现，其与AF的发生发展密切相关。因此，本文就非编码RNA(微小miRNA、长链非编码RNA和环状RNA)在AF中作用的研究进展作一阐述，可为临床防治AF提供理论基础。
