    [摘要] 昆仙胶囊由昆明山海棠、淫羊藿、枸杞子和菟丝子组成，有补肾通络、祛风除湿之效，并具有抗炎、免疫抑制和改善肾脏功能的作用，是临床上治疗类风湿关节炎等免疫性疾病常用的药物，而昆仙胶囊在免疫性肾脏类疾病中的研究逐渐受到重视，聚焦于昆仙胶囊与激素及免疫抑制剂/细胞毒药物的联用以保护肾脏功能，降低不良反应等方面。本文对昆仙胶囊治疗免疫性肾脏类疾病的药理作用和临床研究最新进展进行综述，以期为临床合理用药提供参考。
