    [摘要] 代谢综合征的预防工作是老龄社会多种高发疾病防治的首要防线，本文探讨中西医结合早期识别易发代谢综合征人群的必要性、可行性及研究思路。提出通过选取可行的代谢综合征诊断标准、定量化采集中医辨证信息、应用大数据筛选中西医危险因子及多中心前瞻性队列分析的研究思路，最终确定早期识别风险预测模型。
