    [摘要] 20世纪80年代以来，翻译主体性成为翻译研究热点话题之一，引发对译者主体性的深入探索。译者是翻译活动的承担者，其主体地位理应得到认可。本文作者试图以《新生儿和小儿呼吸治疗》的翻译过程为研究对象，探讨应用翻译译者的主体性。作者系统分析了翻译团队为确保译文质量而在译前、译中和译后的能动性发挥，并基于勒菲弗尔的“改写理论”认识到医学书籍翻译和出版是系统性的活动，合格的医学翻译团队还应充分考虑赞助人的要求，做到既满足图书翻译项目的各种要求，又要遵循目标语语言的习惯和规范。
