    [摘要] 医学生人文精神培育是当代医学教育的重要内容，特别是在健康中国的背景下，培养德才兼备的医学人才是时代发展的需要。“大思政”教育观作为一种开放、动态、包容的教育理念，为医学人文教育的发展提供了新思路。本文通过阐述“大思政”教育观的内涵与特征，在分析其对医学人文教育独特优势的基础上，提出从确立全新育人理念、构建“大医学人文”课程体系、强化实践活动、营造网络和校园的人文环境四个维度，优化和创新医学生人文精神培育路径。
