    [摘要] 姜黄素是从传统中药姜黄中提取的多酚类活性成分，长期作为中药及调味品在国内外广泛使用。因作用靶点多样，具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗肿瘤等多种作用。近年来其抗衰老作用备受研究者关注。本文主要从分子角度总结近5年姜黄素在神经系统、心血管系统及皮肤的抗衰老作用，为药物研发及合理应用提供可借鉴的思路。
