    [摘要] PICC相关性血栓是PICC相关并发症中最严重之一，形成的影响因素较为复杂，涉及患者因素、病种与病程、置管因素和导管位置、导管因素及药物因素等重要危险因素。肿瘤患者PICC相关性血栓风险评估工具，如目前应用较广泛的各种评估量表(密歇根风险预测量表、Caprini量表、Maneval量表)、列线图模型、血栓弹力图等，能够指导临床采取积极、有效的临床护理干预措施。本文通过相关文献分析综述肿瘤患者PICC相关性血栓形成的影响因素及风险评估工具的研究进展，分析现有研究的优势与不足，提出未来研究方向，以期为肿瘤患者PICC相关性血栓预防、治疗及评估工具的选择提供参考和借鑒。
