    [摘要] 在全球卫生背景下，中国需要加强国际卫生合作，共建人类命运共同体，亟需培养大批“英语+医学”复合型高端外语人才。本文从国家政策支持、国家战略发展需求和学生个性化发展要求的角度论证培养“英语+医学”复合型高端外语人才的必要性和重要性，提出了当前医学英语专业学科发展和人才培养体系中存在的主要问题及优化完善途径，以期完善学科建设，优化人才培养模式。

    [Abstract] In the context of global health， China urgently needs cultivating a large number of “English+Medicine” interdisciplinary foreign language talents to strengthen international health cooperation and build community of shared destiny for all human beings.
