    [摘要] 在人口老龄化和慢性病关卡前移的背景下，城市社区健康管理成为预防疾病的有效措施。城市社区健康管理从引入我国各项措施不断发展完善，但在政府投入、人才培养、服务模式、市场需求、信息平台等方面还存在不足。本文通过分析城市社区健康管理研究进展和现状，对其存在的问题进行思考与展望。
