    [摘要] 随着社会经济的发展，全民健康体检时甲状腺超声的普及，甲状腺恶性肿瘤已成为全球发病率增长最快的恶性肿瘤，甲状腺恶性肿瘤的诊疗问题也越来越受到关注。一般来说，外科手术治疗是临床上公认首选的治疗方法。直接祛除癌灶的治疗特点，也是中医“祛邪”方法之一，能明确地帮助甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者提供较高的生存率。中医的辨证施治原则认为，应该为每例甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者提供更加全面、个体化的治疗方案。蔡炳勤教授秉承中医治疗理论，结合“祛邪护正”“扶正祛邪”“调理气机”“药物归经”“阴阳平衡”等中医经典遣方用药原则在甲状腺癌围术期的中医治疗中取得了较好临床效果。

    [Abstract] With the development of social economy and the popularization of thyroid ultrasound during the national health checkup， thyroid malignant tumors have become the fastest growing malignant tumors in the world. The diagnosis and treatment of thyroid malignant tumors are also receiving more and more attention. Generally speaking， surgical operations treatment is the clinically recognized preferred treatment method. The treatment feature of removing cancerous lesions directly is also one of the traditional Chinese medicine “eliminate evils” methods， which can clearly help patients with thyroid malignant tumors to provide a higher survival rate. The principle of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine believes that each patient with thyroid malignant tumor should be provided with a more comprehensive and individualized treatment plan.
