64例脾脏损伤手术的临床分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨脾脏损伤有效的手术治疗方法。方法 对手术治疗的64例脾脏损伤的病因、伤情分级、手术方法分析。结果 64例脾脏中钝器伤45例，占70.31%，锐器伤19例，占29.69%。Ⅰ～Ⅱ级损伤26例占40.63%，Ⅲ～Ⅳ级损伤38例，占59.38%，64例患者死亡2例，均为Ⅳ级损伤，占3.13%。结论 正确的手术方法，积极稳妥地处理合并伤是降低病死率的关键。
