生脉注射液对消化道恶性肿瘤术后机体免疫功能的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨生脉注射液对消化道恶性肿瘤术后机体免疫功能的影响。方法 选10例消化道恶性肿瘤术后患者，随机分为治疗组、对照组，每组各5例；治疗组应用生脉注射液20 ml 加入生理盐水或10 %葡萄糖100 ml 中静脉滴注,3次/d,疗程为1～2周，对照组给予术后常规治疗。两组在术前、术后第3、7天分别检测免疫球蛋白IgA 、IgG、IgM、补体C3、C4和T 细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)。结果 1周后治疗组IgA 、IgG、IgM、补体C3、C4和CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8的恢复程度与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消化道恶性肿瘤术后应用生脉注射液可改善机体的免疫功能。
